As the Market Turns

Drive to the caribbean for a vacation?  How novel, you might say.  Well, it's not difficult to do. . . Florida is, in fact, a caribbean spot - attached to the United States by Georgia, Alabama, and yes, even Mississippi.  The nice part about visiting Florida is that you're not going to pay dock fees, airport fees, nor have to bring your passport to find the perfect tropical location.

Better yet, how about owning your vacation home and building equity and rent during the months you aren't on vacation.  No worries about losing your tropical paradise to anything but your heart!  Here in Flagler County, we have very mild temperatures year round, no crowds, golf, boating, beach, and all the history of Florida, as well as major attractions all within 1 hour (2 hours if you want to visit Tampa).  Imagine a visit to Walt Disney World on Saturday, and a festive shopping trip in St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city, on Sunday. 

Living on the beach, of course, is the best benefit of tropical living and we have over 21 miles of beach with many still undiscovered by visitors who come here.  Maybe it's time you got in your car and visited our great county!  You'll be glad you did!  Oh yes, and while you're here, why not look at the great deals on second homes and properties we have here!  I'm local, I know the neighborhood and I love to show off what we have to offer here!
